Hi, I’m Liam Rubillo! I’m a local entrepreneur working hard to earn and save money toward my college fund.
What started as a neighborhood mobile trash and recycling bin cleaning service has expanded! Thanks to reinvesting our earnings into commercial equipment, including a 3,700 PSI commercial-grade unit and a DEWALT 18-inch rotating surface cleaner—we now provide deep-cleaning and restoration for concrete driveways, walkways, and patios alongside our routine can sanitization routes.
Every job is on-site and supervised by my dad, Mike.
Our Services & Rates
1. Concrete Driveway & Walkway Surface Cleaning
Over time, coastal humidity leaves concrete stained with dark mold, mildew, and embedded road film. Wand spraying leaves visible, uneven overlap lines ("tiger striping"). We clean concrete uniformly and safely without surface etching.
Pre-Clean Sweep & Blow: Full site pass with a blower/broom to clear away loose gravel, leaves, and debris before water touches the pad.
Organic Pre-Treatment: Mild detergent and sanitizing pre-soak that breaks down mildew and algae root systems embedded inside the porous concrete.
DEWALT 18” Rotary Scrub: Dual spinning high-pressure nozzles provide consistent, edge-to-edge cleaning for a streak-free, factory-fresh finish.
Surface Protection: Pressure is regulated between 2,500–3,000 PSI to thoroughly clean concrete pores without stripping the top cream coat or etching the stone aggregate.
Final Post-Rinse: Complete wash-down of the entire pad and adjoining curbs.
Pricing: $0.20 – $0.25 / sq. ft. (Most standard two-car driveways range from $150 to $200). Free on-site measurements and estimates.
2. Trash & Recycle Can Deep Sanitization
$10 Flat Rate per Bin (Cash or Venmo)
High-Pressure Wash & Disinfect: High-temp, high-pressure rinse scrubbed with commercial soap and disinfectant bleach to eliminate bacteria, grime, and foul odors.
Environmental Catch-Can System: All dirty wastewater and solid residue are pumped into our onboard truck collection tank—keeping messy water off your driveway and out of neighborhood storm drains.
No Need to Wait for Empty Bins: We supply heavy-duty 96-gallon contractor bags to temporarily bag existing waste, sanitize the can, and set the clean bag back inside.
