My Story
My Story: Bridging Strategy and Intelligence
For over 30 years, I have navigated the intersection of data, technology, and human experience to build systems that don’t just process information, but provide clarity. From my early days developing conversion applications that revolutionized accuracy, to my current work architecting enterprise-level AI, my career has been defined by a relentless drive to automate the mundane and illuminate the complex.
Architecting the Future of Intelligence
In my recent work at New Jersey Resources, I have focused on pushing the boundaries of what is possible with artificial intelligence. I’ve moved beyond simple automation to design multi-agent AI "decision-support" systems that act as a cooperative team. These platforms provide executive leadership with real-time market intelligence and geographic risk assessments, transforming raw data into strategic foresight. To ensure these systems deliver true value, I developed a rigorous 20-dimension evaluation framework to benchmark AI reasoning and business actionability.
Mapping Opportunity and Efficiency
My passion for precision extends into the geospatial realm. By integrating QGIS with machine learning, I’ve surfaced emerging market opportunities in sustainable energy, such as solar and gas generation, through high-resolution 2D and 3D geospatial modeling. Whether I am using UAV-based photogrammetry to monitor critical infrastructure or building robust data pipelines that reduce manual reporting by 30%, my goal is always to create measurable gains in efficiency and control.
Evolution Through Integration
Throughout my journey—whether managing digital assessment content for millions of students at ETS or driving a 15% increase in marketing ROI for major insurers—I have remained a student of the process. I am a lifelong learner, a Remote Pilot, a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and an enthusiastic cyclist who finds rhythm in the long ride from Pittsburgh to Frederick.
My approach isn't about one creative discipline or two; it's about many. Sometimes they work independently. More often they work together to bring about evolution.
Where My Logo Came From
If you spend some time looking at my content you will see I enjoy cycling. All types of cycling and have logged many multiday bike tours. At one point I was considering starting a bike tour company and was inspired to create this logo which is based on a bike’s rear derailleur cog. The dream of a bike tour company is gone but I loved the logo so much I decided to use it here.
